For over 20 years, I had the privilege of working closely with educators and school staff.  As a former school employee, I saw firsthand the dedication, patience, and heart that educators pour into their work every single day.
     I also noticed something simple, something small, yet powerful.  Coffee!!
    Not just the drink itself, but what it represented.  A moment to pause.  A moment to connect.  A moment to breathe before the first bell rang.  Over the years, I saw how a fresh cup of coffee and a few words of appreciation could instantly put a smile on an educator’s face.  It wasn’t about extravagance.  It was about being seen.

      What stood out even more was how rarely teachers were celebrated.  They were expected to show up early, stay late, carry emotional weight, manage classrooms, encourage students, shape young minds AND often without consistent recognition.

     I couldn’t help but think:  If anyone deserves appreciation every day, it’s the people teaching and molding our future leaders.
That thought stayed with me.  I began asking myself, how can I give back?  How can I create something that reminds educators they matter?  The answer was simple...Coffee. Appreciation. Community.
     That’s how The Coffee Crew  was born. A movement of gratitude.  A way to greet teachers in the morning with sunshine in a cup!  Because sometimes, the smallest gestures make the biggest impact.
The Coffee Crew  exists so educators feel seen, valued, appreciated, and celebrated not just once a year, but as often as possible.
